About

I am an award winning Art Director and designer, with over 20 years of experience in the field. My current position is the Art Director at The Humane Society of the United States. My main responsibilities include leading the talented magazine designers in the creation of All Animals, Animal Sheltering and Humane Activist magazines.

Strong conceptual design is my passion and I get the pleasure of working with a rock star team of designers, writers and photographers to help execute those concepts. I plan out photo shoots and when local, provide art direction to ensure we get the shots needed.

I am inspired by everyday things and usually try and snap a photo or pin to my Pinterest board to save for a future design.
